we built the practice we wished existed

When Dr. Ross and Dr. Stephanie Benz opened Culture Chiropractic in Chandler in 2020, they had a clear vision: a family chiropractic clinic where every person in the family receives exceptional, specific, and compassionate care.

They weren’t just building a business. They were building a culture.

our story

Ross and Stephanie met in chiropractic school, fell in love over anatomy textbooks and a shared obsession with the body’s ability to heal, and never looked back. More than a decade later, they’ve built a thriving practice, a family of five, and a patient community that feels more like extended family.

They opened Culture Chiropractic in Arizona in 2020, bringing their combined expertise, warmth, and deep commitment to excellence to the East Valley – and the response has been overwhelming.

Because when you have doctors who genuinely love what they do, who have personally experienced the power of chiropractic through their own pregnancies, their own kids’ adjustments, and their own health journeys – it shows.

meet Dr. Ross

Dr. Ross’ path to chiropractic started long before he ever adjusted a spine. A Sport Management graduate of Flagler College, he went on to work at the University of Florida training top athletes – and it was there that he realized his calling was helping people reach their fullest physical potential. That conviction led him to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida, where he graduated as salutatorian and, somewhere between studying and changing lives, met the woman who would become his wife and partner in practice.

More than a decade later, Dr. Ross is advanced proficient in Torque Release Technique (TRT), SOT® Pediatric Certified, and Webster Certified – and he brings that depth of training to every single patient he sees. He’s the kind of chiropractor who never stops learning, continuously staying current on the latest research so his patients always receive the best care possible.

Known for his thoroughness, his ability to explain complex concepts in plain language, and his steady, reassuring presence, Dr. Ross is the doctor patients refer their parents, siblings, and best friends to. His number one priority has always been the same: helping every person he serves live their life to their fullest potential.

Outside the office, he’s a devoted husband, a wonderful father to three, and someone who lives an active life in every sense. You’ll find him hitting the trails for a long run, taking the kids out gem hunting in the Arizona desert, or finding the next outdoor adventure to drag his family along on. And somehow, through all of it, still finding time to make Stephanie laugh.

His approach: Thorough. Evidence-informed. Results-driven. Genuinely caring.

meet Dr. Stephanie

Dr. Stephanie grew up with a love of science, majoring in Biology and minoring in Chemistry at the University of Northern Iowa – where she was also a Division I collegiate swimmer. It was during those athletic years that she first experienced the power of alternative medicine firsthand, and she knew it was the direction her life was meant to go. That conviction took her to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida, where she graduated as valedictorian and fell in love – both with her craft and with Dr. Ross.

Dr. Stephanie is certified in Torque Release Technique (TRT), Webster Technique, and is a proud member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). Her heart is especially drawn to the work that matters most in those earliest, most tender seasons of life – adjusting babies and infants, supporting children as they grow, and walking alongside mamas through pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

She has a rare gift for making even the most nervous first-time patients – and the wiggliest of toddlers – feel completely at ease. Having navigated her own pregnancies and postpartum recoveries under chiropractic care, she brings a lived understanding to the work that no textbook can teach.

Outside of the office, she’s fully in her mama era – soaking up every moment with her three kids and finding joy in the beautiful chaos of family life. It’s the same energy she brings to every patient she sees.

Her approach: Gentle. Intuitive. Empowering. Fiercely dedicated.

our philosophy

We believe the body has an innate intelligence – a built-in capacity to heal, regulate, and adapt. Chiropractic care doesn’t heal you. It removes interference so you can heal yourself.

That’s why we don’t just chase symptoms. We look at the whole person, the whole nervous system, and the whole family. We ask better questions. We listen longer. And we don’t rush you out the door.

Health is not the absence of symptoms. It’s a life fully expressed – and we want that for every single family we serve.

meet brittney

Brittney is the warm, welcoming face you’ll see the moment you walk through our doors – and she sets the tone for everything we do here.

Originally from Nebraska, Brittney brings a background in massage therapy and a lifelong passion for natural health and healing. She believes deeply in what chiropractic care stands for, which is exactly why she sought out a role where she could be part of people’s wellness journeys every single day.

When she’s not caring for patients, you’ll find her playing guitar, singing, sketching, or taking pictures for her photography business – a creative soul with a genuine heart for people.

Her approach: Warm. Welcoming. Genuinely invested in every patient who walks through the door.

meet Kristen

Kristen’s story with Culture Chiropractic didn’t start behind the front desk – it started as a patient.

Raised in Arizona with a deep love for health and serving others, Kristen first experienced the power of chiropractic care firsthand, watching her own nervous system regulate and her health transform. The journey deepened when she began caring for Dr. Ross and Dr. Stephanie’s children, becoming woven into the fabric of the Culture family long before she ever joined the team officially.

Today Kristen holds three roles she’s proud of: patient, caregiver, and team member. She brings that full-circle perspective to everything she does – whether she’s welcoming a nervous first-timer, making a baby giggle in the waiting room, or keeping the office running smoothly behind the scenes.

Her hobbies include herbalism, reiki, nature, and photography – and her favorite part of the job is watching families thrive.

Her approach: Nurturing. Community-minded. Living proof that this care works.

Why the East Valley?

Because this community is extraordinary. East Valley families are health-conscious, motivated, and deeply invested in their kids’ wellbeing. We knew this was where we were supposed to plant roots — and every day we get to serve this community confirms it.
