You Deserve to Feel Good During Your Pregnancy. Not Just Survive It.

Expert prenatal chiropractic care serving Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, and the greater East Valley — supporting mamas through every trimester and beyond.

Pregnancy is one of the most physically extraordinary things a human body can do. And while it is one of the most beautiful seasons of life, it can also be one of the most physically demanding.

Your center of gravity shifts. Your ligaments loosen. Your pelvis adapts week by week to accommodate a growing baby. Your spine bears load it has never carried before. And somewhere in the middle of all of that, you are expected to function, work, parent other children, and show up for your life.

At Culture Chiropractic, we believe pregnancy does not have to feel like something you white-knuckle through. With the right support, you can feel strong, comfortable, and genuinely well — from your first trimester through your due date and beyond.

who provides your care

You Are in Exceptionally Trained Hands.

Prenatal care at Culture Chiropractic is provided by both Dr. Ross and Dr. Stephanie Benz — and both are Webster Technique certified through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). Whether you see Dr. Ross or Dr. Stephanie, you are receiving the same exceptional level of specialized prenatal care.

Dr. Stephanie brings a deeply personal understanding to every prenatal patient she sees, having navigated three pregnancies and postpartum recoveries herself under chiropractic care. She knows firsthand what it feels like to want to do everything possible to support your body and your baby through this season.

Dr. Ross brings over a decade of clinical experience and a thorough, results-driven approach that has made him a trusted provider for expectant mamas across the East Valley — many of whom were referred by friends who could not say enough about their experience under his care.

Together they have supported hundreds of pregnancies and share a genuine passion for helping mamas feel strong, comfortable, and prepared for birth.

WHAT IS WEBSTER TECHNIQUE?

The Gold Standard in Prenatal Chiropractic Care

The Webster Technique is a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment protocol developed specifically for pregnant women. It focuses on the sacrum, pelvis, and surrounding soft tissues — restoring balance to the pelvic structure and reducing tension in the ligaments that support the uterus.

A balanced pelvis matters for several reasons:

  • It reduces the physical discomfort that comes from asymmetrical loading on the spine and hips
  • It supports the uterus in a symmetrical, unrestricted position
  • It creates optimal space and freedom of movement for baby
  • It supports the nervous system in regulating all the functions that matter most during pregnancy

Webster care involves both a gentle sacral adjustment and soft tissue work along the round ligaments. Most mamas find it deeply relieving — especially as pregnancy progresses and pelvic tension builds.

IS IT SAFE?

Yes — And It Is Recommended.

Prenatal chiropractic care has an excellent safety record and is considered safe throughout all three trimesters when performed by a trained and certified provider. The techniques used during pregnancy are specifically adapted — gentle, precise, and delivered on specialized tables that allow you to lie comfortably regardless of your stage of pregnancy.

Yes, even face down. Even at 38 weeks. Our patients are consistently amazed by how comfortable the experience is.

We work collaboratively with your OB, midwife, and birth team and are always happy to communicate with your other providers.

The Earlier the Better — But It Is Never Too Late.

We love seeing mamas in their first trimester before tension has had time to accumulate and before the structural demands of pregnancy have fully ramped up. Starting care early means we can support your body proactively throughout the entire pregnancy.

That said, we see mamas at every stage — including the third trimester — and the benefits are meaningful regardless of when you start. If you are 36 weeks and dealing with significant discomfort or a baby in a less-than-ideal position, please do not wait. Come in.

Your Prenatal Visits at Culture Chiropractic

Your first visit includes a thorough health history, a pregnancy-specific chiropractic examination, and — in most cases — your first adjustment. We take the time to understand your pregnancy, your birth goals, and any specific concerns before we ever put hands on you.

Regular prenatal visits are gentle, focused, and efficient. Most of our prenatal patients come in weekly or biweekly depending on their stage of pregnancy and how their body is responding to care.

We also love coordinating care with your doula, birth photographer, and birth team — because we believe the village around a pregnant mama matters.

what real moms have to say

“I started coming to Culture Chiropractic at the end of my 2nd pregnancy. I had been seeing a different chiropractor consistently but was not seeing improvements for my round ligament pain and lower back pain… after being evaluated by Dr. Stephanie, she showed me how misaligned I was and came up with a plan for me to feel my best.

The adjustments were night & day from what I was used to and she even gave me exercises to be doing at home to prepare for birth.

Now they are taking care of my sweet boy after getting his tongue tie released and it has helped him SO MUCH!
I am beyond grateful for both Dr Stephanie & Dr Ross and appreciate how knowledgeable they both are.

Also love the community they cultivate & how family friendly their office is. My daughter is always so excited to come with me and play in their little kids corner.

They are the best and I highly recommend them!”
